By utilizing our online booking engine via Swiss-Garden.com (Swiss-Garden International (M) Sdn Bhd), you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions:

1. Swiss-Garden strives to ensure that the contents and other matters related to the website and booking engine are accurate and Swiss-Garden does not accept liability for errors or omissions that arise within.
2. Swiss-Garden reserves the right to change and update the contents periodically as and when deem necessary. All information, rates, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Swiss-Garden reserves the right by authorization from you to use and assign all information in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
4. All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
5. Credit Cards for online booking will be charged the full stipulated amount of the reservations inclusive of all taxes and applicable service fees at the time of booking.
6. The usage of our website is solely to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not for any other purposes including without limitation, false or fraudulent reservations.
7. The required age that warrants the use of the website and booking engine must be at least 18 years of age.
8. Swiss-Garden is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or booking engine.
    
9. Cancellations / Amendments Policy.
   To cancel/amend a booking please complete and submit our cancellation/amendment form:

   ▪	All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out such as checking out early or for no shows and which will be subject to the sole discretion of hotel.
   ▪	A non-refundable 10% admin fee applies to each cancellations/amendments booking. (Additional fees for some credit cards may apply).
   ▪	Cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in time will be forfeited the full amount of the cancelled first night.
   ▪	Cancellation made with more than 48 hours prior to check-in date, a nominal cancellation fee of RM50.00 will apply.
   ▪	Amendments made within 24 hours of check-in will incur an administration charge of RM50.00 per booking.
   ▪	The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.

   These charges may occasionally vary due to some hotels having more strict cancellations policies during peak holiday or conference periods. In these cases our reservations staff will advise you by email the applicable cancellation policy.
    
10. No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non utilized confirmed room nights.
11. Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.
12. Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings, confined to 10 rooms and above. Please contact the required hotels for more information.
