Executive Assistant Manager/Operations Manager

 Requirements:

  • Candidate must be experienced and have strong personality to assist the General Manager in the hotel operations especially in Food & Beverage/Banquet management.
  • Proven track record with the ability to plan and strategize F&B concepts in order to meet budgets.
  • Once proven the individual will have the opportunity to grow and become a General Manager in any new opening of hotels within the Swiss-Garden Group.
  • Ideally the incumbent must be below 50 years old and has a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management with a minimum of 8-10 years management experience
  • Excellent communications and people skills.

Finance Manager (Resort)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts
  • Perform reporting to holding company
  • Analyses financial results and variances
  • Manage budgeting process
  • Manage cashflow
  • Provide financial and cashflow forecast
  • Ensure that accounting standards and policies are adhered to
  • Implement internal controls and institute proper operational processes
  • Handle audit and taxation matters
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with level of integrity

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or any recognized professional qualification in Accounting, preferably with MIA membership.
  • Min. 3 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.  
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards and other Accounting regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite
  • Hands on experience in preparation of audited accounts.
  • Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently, strong analytical skill. and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

F&B Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage management.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in F&B in 4-5 star hotels, able to work under pressure.
  • Responsible for overall administration/operations and profitability of the department.
  • Sound knowledge of western/local food and beverage, hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Innovative, creative, must be a driving force and able to train/lead a young and enthusiastic team.
  • Must be computer literate-PowerPoint/MS Word/Excel.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality industry or in similar capacity.
  • Ability to plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve of set goals and targets.
  • Strong networking of clients within government, corporate & travel industry.
  • Good communications skills, both written/oral and with strong capacity in negotiations skill on room and catering sales.
  • Own a car with a valid driving license.

Security and Safety Manager / Chief Security Officer

Requirements:

  • Responsible to head the overall Security Department
  • Maintain the safety and security of the Hotel/Resorts as outlined in the Safety and Security Procedures Manual.
  • Required skill(s); OSHA knowledge, security management and investigation procedure.
  • Required language(s); Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 5 years of working in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.

Housekeeper

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Ability to communicate fluently and conduct training effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good organization, planning and control skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills with all levels. 

Account Executive

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Professional Qualification in Accounting
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, result-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Able to handle full set of Accounts.

Chargeman

Requirements:

  • Possess AO level certification.
  • Minimum 3 years experienced (hotel preferred).
  • Knowledge of generator operation, installation, cabling and wiring.
  • Conversant with Local Laws and practices associating with this field.
